Many years in motorsports lead Tania to spending the past 19 years as a full time automotive facilitator and trainer for performance and luxury brands including Infiniti, Lexus, Lincoln, Mercedes, Nissan and Toyota.

She also does TV commercial precision driving and program development for luxury brand training as well as consumer events and in dealership training, including sales process training, service process training and technical training. Her skills include technical and sales training for hybrid and electric vehicles and she is lead instructor at racing schools and performance driving programs. In addition she was the curriculum designer and driving instructor for the Quebec Police Academy.

Tania has varied motorsports experience, starting her career in go karts, racing 125 shifter karts. She subsequently moved to the Quebec Championship Formula Ford 1600 and then started drifting in the Canadian Pro series DMCC and D1 USA.
